Hydrocele is the disease of enlarged testicles. Eighth house rules the same. Brischika rasi is the seat of the same. Rahu is karaka planet of hydroceles. Affliction of Brischika rasi, eighth house, lord of eighth house and Rahu, or when malefic Rahu afflicts eighth house, lord of eighth house or Brischika rasi and they make any relation with sixth house, Kanya rasi or with any disease inflicting house or planet, they cause the appearance of disease of hydrocele.

I am giving below few combinations for the same :—

• Rahu, Mars and Saturn in lagna.
• Lord of lagna, Rahu and a strong malefic in eighth house.
• Rahu in lagna, and Mars and Saturn in eighth house.
• Lord of navamsa, where lord of lagna is situated, with Rahu, Mars and Saturn causes similar disease.
• Mars in lagna and eighth house afflicted.
• When eighth house and Brischika rasi are afflicted by malefics.
• Rahu in lagna with Mars or with Saturn.
• Strong malefic in eighth house and also in lagna.

Lagna—Brischika ; Rahu in Mithuna ; Jupiter and Moon in Karkata ; Mercury in Brischika ; Sun and Ketu in Dhanu ; Venus in Makara ; Saturn and Mars in Kumbha.

Hydrocele Disease

This is a case of hydrocele.
The reasons for the same are :—

• Rahu is in eighth house aspected by malefic.
• Brischika rasi is afflicted.
• Eighth houses from lagna, Sun and Moon are afflicted, Eighth lords thereof are also afflicted.
• Eighth lord from lagna is in lagna being afflicted. Thus we find factors ruling hydrocele are afflicted in this horoscope.
